Janet Rowland has worked in County government for over two decades, including serving two terms as County Commissioner. Throughout her time in County Government, Janet has implemented innovative ways to solve problems as effective and cost efficient as possible.

Collaboration and innovation have been a cornerstone of Janet's work on issues including criminal justice, child abuse, elder care, community planning and development, and government efficiencies.

Sue Hansen
Sue Hansen is a national speaker, trainer and consultant, specializing in helping leaders be their best. With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, post graduate work in business, certification as a behavioral analyst, a business growth curve specialist and her many years experience in business ownership Sue’s clients have access to a broad and fresh perspective on issues facing the workforce and its leaders.  

Sue helps executives balance the technical knowledge necessary to run an organization with the emotional side of leadership that inspires and motivates others.
